Welcome to the Credsync website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). This Platform is owned and operated by Credsync, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at Suite B-15,BSI Business Park, H161, Sector 62, Noida.

By using this Platform, you ("User" or "You") agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Our Role

Credsync acts as a facilitator or a "marketplace." We connect you with our financial partners, such as banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), who offer various financial products, including loans, credit cards, and insurance.

We are not a financial institution. We do not lend money, grant credit, or provide any financial services directly. The final decision to lend or borrow is entirely between you and the financial partner.

2. Services We Provide

We offer a range of services to help you find suitable financial products. These include:

• Loan Facilitation: Connecting you with lenders to help you get a loan.

• Credit Card Assistance: Helping you apply for and obtain credit cards from our partners.

• Insurance Offers: Providing information on insurance products from our partners.

• Credit Report Access: Helping you get your credit report from authorized agents. We may monitor and update this report as new information becomes available.

• Financial Analysis: Analyzing your income and expenses to provide you with insights.

• Social Scoring: Providing a social score based on your linked social media accounts (if you choose to link them).

By using these services, you consent to us sharing your information with our financial partners and running necessary checks (including credit checks) to find the best offers for you. All information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must be a natural or legal person at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract in India. If you violate these Terms or are found to be under 18, we reserve the right to terminate your account and prohibit you from using the Platform.

4. Your Account

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and secure. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You can update your information in your account dashboard or by contacting us at care@credsync.co.in. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we have reason to believe the information you provided is false or inaccurate.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You agree to follow these Terms at all times. Any breach may result in account termination and legal action.

• You understand that deleting our mobile app or having a loan disbursed does not automatically cancel the consents you provided. If you want us to delete your personal data, you must follow the process outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. License and Access

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal use. You are not allowed to download, copy, modify, or resell any part of the Platform or its content without our explicit written consent. Any unauthorized use will result in the termination of this license.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

• Credsync is not liable for financial products: We do not guarantee or endorse any products offered by our financial partners. All liabilities and obligations related to financial products are governed by the separate agreement between you and the lender.

• No warranties: We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages you may incur from using the Platform, including data loss or system damage.

• No fees from us: Credsync does not charge users any fees for our services. If you are asked to pay any charges to an individual claiming to represent us, please contact us immediately.

• Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your devices are protected from viruses, malware, and other harmful elements.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Credsync, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that arise from your use or misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or any infringement of a third party's rights.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites and advertisements. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites. We do not endorse or make any representations about them.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your use of the Platform and these Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
